Call 800-314-7003! What is a surety bond? A surety bond is a guarantee, but what sort of a guarantee? A guarantee that backs up a commitment. Pharmacy wholesalers need to commit to obeying the regulations that govern that industry, and they must furthermore offer a guarantee for it. Break the regulations and be fined or have a claim made against the bond. The surety’s responsibility here is to make sure that the government is satisfied that the pharmacy wholesaler has fulfilled his obligation of paying his fines, with the defaulting wholesaler reimbursing the surety. Pro Surety Bond has over 25 years of combined industry experience. Call even if you are concerned that you cannot get a surety bond at a reasonable price due to a poor credit history.Call 800-314-7003!

Bellefontaine, Ohio is a city in and the county seat of Logan County and it is the 133rd most populous city in the State of Ohio. The city gets its name from the French word for “beautiful spring” and it presumed to refer to several springs in the area. This part of the state was originally settled by the Shawnee. Their war chief Blue Jacket along with other Indians took up arms against the American revolutionaries. Warfare continued after the war but had to move to the northwest after defeat at Logan’s Raid.
Bellefontaine is in good shape. Where many other communities continue to struggle against the effects of the recession, Bellefontaine has kept its spending under control and weathered the storm. And projects still got finished. The engineering department completes a number of projects, with much of the funding coming from grants. The parks department added about 450 acres of what had been Camp Myerrah and renamed it Myeerah Nature Preserve; and it didn’t cost the city a thing. It was paid for by the Clean Ohio Grant. The local Chamber of Commerce is also optimistic about the future of the community. Manufacturers continue to add employees, and many are expanding their warehousing and production spaces. Tax receipts are up, and that’s how we know that local businesses are doing well. These types of operations are further beneficial to the community because they tend to put much of their money back into their businesses and the community. The city and the business community will continue to act in conjunction to make Bellefontaine the most prosperous city possible.
How can I avoid default on my construction contract? Failures during a job point to one main problem: the management doesn’t have the skill to complete the job. To avoid this one should have an accountant with construction business experience; they should have a line of credit with a bank large enough to see through a difficult time; they should make sure the surety they are using is qualified; they should finally qualify the owner of the project. Look for owners who have a history of litigation. Give us a call at 800-314-7003
