Call 800-314-7003! What is a surety bond? A surety bond financially protects someone from another party that cannot fulfill a contractual obligation. If you run a truck driver education school, you promise to deliver the services you take money for. There are regulations that govern this, and the government also requires that you provide a guarantee that you will adhere to these regulations. Buying a surety bond is the most convenient choice, because you don’t have to worry about coming up with the money to deposit with the government. Defaults are rare, and it doesn’t make sense to tie up your money on something that will probably never be needed. Pro Surety Bond has over 25 years of combined industry experience. Call even if you have misgivings about applying for a surety bond given you bad credit. Call 800-314-7003!

Grand Blanc Township is a charter township in Genesee County and it is the 46th most populous community in the state of Michigan. The site where Grand Blanc Township was build was originally settled by the Chippewa Indians. French traders named the site “great white” for reasons unknown. The city of Grand Blanc is located within the township, though it is a separate political entity. In 2006 there was a voted down effort to join the two into a single political entity.
Are surety bonds worth the money? When you take into consideration what you get, we’d say yes, but you be the judge. With a contract surety bond you get actually three bonds: a bid bond, which covers the main contractor against unserious bids that waste time and energy; you get a pre-qualification for running your company in a financially responsible way, a process which takes no small amount of effort on the part of the underwriters; you get a payment bond which covers the main contractor up to 100% of the amount of the project (up to the amount of the bond); you get 100% coverage for suppliers and labor (up to the amount of the bond); and you get the protections that comes with having someone examine each claim to determine if it’s valid or not, thus guarding you against fraud (since you still have to pay the surety if a claim is paid though!) Who is the principal in a surety agreement? The agreement between the principal and the obligee is the agreement the entire surety bond agreement is based on, and it is the principal that has to pay for the coverage the obligee wants. The agreement the surety has with the principal consists of a promise to pay for any valid claim, with the added promise that the surety will investigate the claim any not pay it unless it’s valid. The principal in turn promises that it will allow the surety all the legal powers permitted to recoup the losses the surety incurs as a result of the paid claim.
What are court bonds? Court bonds are bonds required by courts of law. There are two types of court bonds, the first of which is the fiduciary bond. Fiduciary bonds are required of individuals who must oversee the finances of another, alive of deceased and they cover those parties or their estate. Probate, trustee, executor, conservator and guardianship bonds fall into this category. Court bonds relate to litigants in a trial, and they protect one opponent against the other’s use of the court for temporary remedies, like injunctions, when they are used unfairly.
