Call 800-314-7003! What is a surety bond? Surety bonds financially bind someone to the terms of a contractual agreement. If you own an auction house, you must agree to handle the moneys of your clientele responsibly, and generally do business honestly and in good faith. To guarantee this, government regulators require a surety bond as a security against default. The bond functions as a deposit which you might make yourself, or instead rent the surety’s financial reputation and allow them to pay the claim. The claim will be in the form of a short-term loan advanced in your name, and which you must pay back to the surety. Pro Surety Bond has over 25 years of combined industry experience. Call even if you think it's easier said than done to get an affordably priced surety bond with your poor credit. Call 800-314-7003!

Grand Rapids is a city in Kent County and it is the second largest city in the State of Michigan. Historically, Grand Rapids has been known for its furniture manufacturing, being home to five of the ten largest furniture manufacturers, earning it the name of Furniture City. In Michigan however it’s known as River City, in reference to the river that gave the city its name. The economy these days is more diversified, with health care, information technology, aviation and consumer goods being the most prominent sectors. Today Grand Rapids is known as the hometown of Gerald R Ford.
The furniture industry grew in the second half of the 19th century, largely thanks to the huge lumber resources available in the area. Logs were floated down the Grand River, made into find wood products and furniture and shipped out through the Great Lakes. An unlikely event, a Centennial Exposition held in Philadelphia in 1876, put Grand Rapids on the map, at least in terms of furniture. The Exposition, in commemoration of America’s centennial, was a showcase of technology, invention, commerce among other things. Grand Rapids manufacturers sent some of their wares to the exposition, and caused no small fanfare. Call the Grand Rapids Surety Bond Pros Today at 800-314-7003!
Explain the three-way nature of the surety agreement. A surety agreement is often called a three-way contract, but it might be better to think of them as three two way agreements, because this distinction is important. First there is the obligee-principal agreement. The obligee is the party that wants the guarantee for something the principal has promised to do, with the principal buying the coverage. The obligee-principal agreement is the primary agreement that the surety company mediates.
The surety then enters into an agreement with the principal. This agreement amounts to a promise by the surety to pay any valid claim to the obligee, with the surety more or less standing in as the principal. If not for the surety, the principal would have to put up his own money, so the surety is in this sense putting up the money temporarily for the principal. The agreement the surety has with the obligee is to pay any valid claim, no matter the circumstances. It doesn’t matter if the principal disagrees with the claim, or even whether the principal defrauded the surety. There are significant penalties for the surety if it tried to wiggle out of a claim.
