Call 800-314-7003! Why do I need a surety bond? You need a surety bond because someone wants a guarantee that you will live up to an expectation or fulfill a commitment. If you are in business, you needed to promise that you would adhere to the regulations of your industry before you could be licensed. However, the government wants a guarantee because, well, it’s the government. The average business however does not have the financial reputation to back itself up, so the government makes everyone purchase a surety bond, which is backed by the financial reputation of the surety, and in turn the surety makes sure that you get a short term loan to pay any valid claims. Pro Surety Bond has over 25 years of combined industry experience, and we would like to get some more with you. Call us even if you think your credit is not good enough. We can work with many people with poor credit. Call 800-314-7003!

Hialeah is a city in Miami Dada County and it is the sixth most populous city in the state of Florida. The city’s name is believed to derive from the Muskogee words for pretty prairie, or as another version would have it, a Seminole word for Upland Prairie. The site was developed by two gentlemen: pioneer aviator Glenn Curtiss, and Missouri cattleman James H Bright. Together they developed not only the city but the famous Hialeah Racetrack, which has attracted many millions including the Kennedys, Harry Truman, Omar Bradley, Winston Churchill, and J P Morgan. The park still stands today.
Hialeah is one of the principal cities of the Miami metropolitan area and the home of the largest Cuban and Cuban American community outside Cuba. It is has one of the largest Spanish speaking communities as well, with over 90% speaking Spanish at home. This in turn has drawn the likes of Telemundo, the second largest Spanish language television network to make its headquarters here. Hialeah has seen spectacular growth, from 1500 in 1925 to about a quarter of a million today. Call the Hialeah Surety Bond Pros Today at 800-314-7003!
What is a bid bond? A bid bond is a way of showing proof that you can finish a building project you have bid on, if you win the bid. Bid bonds allow project owners to rest easy that they are not awarding a contract to a company that does not know whether its finances of manpower can do the job. Without bid bonds, many builders would submit unrealistic bids without any guarantee that they could back up the commitment. However, with penalties tied to the bid process, this becomes much less likely.
The bid bond hedges the project owner’s bets, but what about the surety? What if the bidder wins the bid but cannot perform the task? Well, the surety does a comprehensive credit check and financial review to determine the degree of risk for a given company. This can include credit checks on upper management, and determining if a company has a plan if key personnel leave the company. If they do not meet certain criteria, then some sureties have a policy to not issue a bond. Others may issue the bond with a larger premium. Others may accept certain forms of collateral to secure the bond. Give us a call at 800-314-7003
