Call 800-314-7003! "So why exactly do I need this surety bond?" we can hear you asking. Not a bad question and one we get regularly so here's a good place to offer an explanation. We tell them that surety bonds are simply way for you to guarantee to someone else that you will fulfill some obligation. Let’s say you run an ATV safety training organization. This is an industry with a lot of regulations that pertain to curriculum and numerous other things, and regulators are serious about you following them. But how do you get people to do that? You simply get them to take out a surety bond as a way of monetarily backing up their word. But you may be asking why can't I just put up some money in an escrow account? Well, you can but you may find yourself tying up more cash and reducing your credit in business. With a surety bond you can put up a small amount of money for a large amount of coverage. And even if your credit isn't great, now’s a great time to call us because we have many packages available to all segments of the market. Call 800-314-7003!

South Gate got its start in the 18th century as a Spanish settlement for one of California's first families, the Lugos. In the 19th century the settlement became a land grant proferred by the king of Spain to one of the Lugo scions as a reward for his father's service in the Kings' army. Eventually California passed into the hands of the United States and by 1880 much of the land grant had been replaced by 40 acre tracts for ranching. Alas all things must change as ranching gave way to agriculture as the leading local industry and in the first half of the 20th century tract housing and factories replaced the farms. To residents South Gate's history is wrapped up in the R D Tweedy family. Tweedy arrived in California in 1852 with his wife and large family in tow, and bought some 2000 acres, most of which would become the city of South Gate. To this day the downtown business district is named after the Tweedy family: Tweedy Mile it's caled. South Gate lies on the fringes of Los Angeles County, and thus offers a comfortable suburban lifestyle while remaining close to the L.A. action. These days South Gate has a little something for everybody. In terms of amenities it has Hollydale Park, South Gate Park Swimming Pool and Goals Soccer Centers.
Residents say that South Gate is a busy and ambitious young city. Businesses are always opening and you can see many of them in the Tweedy Mile, named after the founding family of the city. Commercial activities in South Gate are concentrated in the Tweedy Mile, Firestone Boulevard, EL Paseo and Hollydale. The city of South Gate Economic Division works to provide an integrated approach to attracting, retaining and expanding the diverse base of businesses in the city, to provide new hopes of creating jobs and stimulating economic activity, all of which is in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Development Denter, the Tweety Mile Association, and the Dissolution of Enterprise Zone Program.Call the South Gate Surety Bond Pros Today at 800-314-7003!
Not every business or industry requires a surety bond, however there's no business out there that cannot benefit from one in some way. For instance, say you own a business the contracts employees out to another business. Your state may not require that your employees be bonded for theft or damage to the other company’s property, but often a surety bond tells your clients that you are willing to be responsible for any untoward actions of your employees. So whether you need one required by law or not, there are many cases where it's in your best interest to secure a surety bond anyway. Pro Surety Bond has been coming up with the most affordable bond rates for its clients. We have over 25 years of combined industry experience and we think that says a lot about us.
Being in the surety bond business as long as we have gives you a perspective on things surety bond related that consumers and even our competitors cannot see. One important thing is the importance of combined experience and regular training for all bond counselors. There's nothing that substitutes for advanced training, nor is there a substitute for long-term experience. Only the combination of the two produces results for our clients when our agents are tracking down the most advantageous surety bond premiums they can find in our network of bond underwriters. We've done it for a time and we know this industry like the back of our hand. Let us put all that experience to work for you. Give us a call at 800-314-7003
