Call 800-314-7003! What is a surety bond? A surety bond allows for restitution when one party does not live up to a commitment it has made to another party. What kind of a commitment do we mean here? Well, let us say you own a driver education school in Michigan. If you want to do business in this industry, you will need to purchase a surety bond because the government wants a way for students to collect their unused tuitions in case the school goes out of business. These types of things are not common, and that's why surety companies are willing to take the unsecured risk of guaranteeing in your name that any valid claim will be paid. Pro Surety Bond has over 25 years of combined industry experience. Call 800-314-7003!

Springfield Charter Township is a charter township in Oakland County and it is the 147th most populous community in the state of Michigan. Springfield started out as a simple hotel along the Detroit and Saginaw turnpike, now known as the Dixie Highway. Agriculture was the mainstay of the local economy for decades, but the area really took off in 1856 when the Detroit and Milwaukee Railway built stations through Anderson and Davisburg. By the early 1920s, agriculture was on the wane as the automotive industry was on the way up. When the Dixie Highway was paved from Pontiac to Flint, it was a real boon for that industry.
Overall, Springfield Charter Township is a pretty nice place to live. It has a fairly low amount of crime, which means people can go outside and feel comfortable when they stroll around at night in the parks. The township currently maintains a small-town feel, but many locals feel that that is only going to last so long. They cite the new shops and stores that are opening, although it's probably still a long way until it becomes a real city. In the winter time the roads are quite icy, and being Michigan you can expect a lot of that. The housing situation is pretty good, and the entire township has a neighborly ambiance. Most Surety bonds are required by another party. For instance, commercial bonds are usually required by the government, and contract bonds are required by building project managers; but there are other uses that are not required. For instance, consider the case of fidelity bonds. Fidelity bonds protect customers of businesses where by the business sends its employees to work on the premises of its clients. (A cleaning company would be a typical example.) To protect the client from theft on the part of the cleaning company’s employees, they might buy a surety bond to show their clients that they are willing to be responsible for their employees.
What are subdivision bonds? Subdivision bonds are required by the government of subdivision contractors and they guarantee the quality of the work on the infrastructure that the subdivision contractor commits to when he builds the subdivision. There are meticulous regulations which dictating precisely how a curb is constructed, the volume of a water pipe can handle, and the width of a sidewalk, among so many other things. These things all have to be built to code, the bond covers the government in case the government has to fix it Give us a call at 800-314-7003.
