Call 800-314-7003! What is a surety bond? A surety bond is a formalized way for one party to provide a guarantee to another party, when the former party has made a contractual commitment to the latter. So if you're in the construction industry, the project manager needs a guarantee from all the subcontractors that they will finish their part of the project on time and according to code. But building projects are too big to allow people to just offer their word as a promise, they need to provide an “official” guarantee. Surety bonds can fulfill this function easily because they are large financial institutions with reserves set aside specifically for paying claims, which means that when you buy a surety bond, you don't have to put up your own money. If a claim is made the surety company will loan you the money to pay the claim and go pay the shorty back right after work. Pro Surety Bond has over 25 years of joint industry experience, call us even if you don't think it will be possible for you to get a surety bond with bad credit. Call 800-314-7003!
