The Matchless Chino Surety Bond Provider
Call 800-314-7003! What are surety bonds for? A capital question and when we get hit with it, we tell people that a surety bond is a way of convincing someone that you can be trusted to complete a contractual obligation. Say you're a consessionaire in one of the many state parks. Like most industries, there are regulations in place that need to be followed, and one way to make that more likely is for the state to require you to take out a surety bond. If you don't follow the regulations you can lose the bond. It's a simple concept, but it seems to work. Pro Surety Bond follows its clients demand for the lowest premiums by scouring our vast network of underwriters, and maintaining that tenacity until we do it. And even if your credit isn't great, we'll work no less tenaciously, so don't be afraid to call 800-314-7003!
Bidding Opportunities in Chino
If you are bidding on public projects for the City of Chino you may be required to post a Bid Bond. The Bid Bond guarantees you will be able to provide the Performance Bonds required in the event you are the low bidder. In essence the Bid Bond pre-qualifies you for the work you are bidding on. Not all jobs require bonding but if they do we can assist you with Bid Bonds, and subsequent Performance and Payment Bonds as required by the state. Please call the Contract Bond Team at Pro Surety Bond for more information.
Bounded by the beautiful Chino Hills, the adjacent city of Ontario and Riverside County, Chino, California forms the western anchor of San Bernardino County and forms a sort of gateway to the Inland Empire. For much of its existence Chino has been known for its dairy farms, and up until the 1980s it was rural enough to be featured in a number of Hollywood movies and TV shows like Back to the Future. Since then it's moved on and become its own city, albeit a "suburban city," but a city nonetheless. The orchards, row crop and dairy farms still exist, but since the 1980s have receded and given way to other concerns, one of which is the area prisons for which the city has almost become synonymous. However, Chino has other things to offer, like the Planes of Fame and Yanks Air Museum and the Chino Youth Museum, for two. Other draws include the low crime rate, the good shopping, and an ambiance pleasant enough for at least one local to refer to it as "comforting." The city of Chino is also home of one of the three Chaffrey College Campuses. In terms of scenery, Chino is surrounded by gorgeous rolling green hills and you can even see some snow capped mountains if you're in the right place; all that with Los Angeles little more than a 40 minute drive away, you can't beat it.
The largest employers here are the Chino Valley Unified School Distirct and the California Institution for Men, both with over 1000 employees, and the Califormoa Institution for Woman and the Chino Valley Medical Center, both of which employ between 500 and 1000. City officials, however, are excited about the future of their city. Chino already has about 4 million square feet of commercial space, and the city is aiming to fill all of it by enticing businesses to move there. In addition there is currently an initiative in the industrial areas to open recycling centers, presumably because Chino wants to draw blue collar jobs but doesn't want ones that pollute. The city is offering tax credits, business licensing assistance, employee training and foreign trade zone designation to make it look more enticing. Things are looking good in Chino. It's a fact of life that almost every business in California requires a surety bond to be licensed. So tell us, what's your business? Are you an investment adviser? Are you in any way involved with purchasing bulk information like drivers licenses, and related information? These businesses and hundreds of others in California require a surety bond in order to receive a business license. There are other non-business uses for surety bonds however. For instance, are you a fiduciary or overseer of a trust? If so, you may need a fiduciary bond as a guarantee that you will follow the regulations the court has set down for all fiduciaries.
