Call800-314-7003!What is a surety bond? A surety bond is an insurance policy, with one kicker: it’s a policy you take out for someone else, and you pay for it. It sounds a little unfair, but there is a logic to it. When you go into business for yourself you need a business license, and it’s almost certain that your industry will have regulations that must be obeyed. Government regulators would like to take you at your word that you will do so, but if you don’t they have fines in place to deal with infractions. That’s all well and good, but what if your business becomes insolvent before you pay the fine? The government would like to discourage businesses that are failing from breaking the regulations with the assumption that they won’t have to pay any fines if they are bankrupt, so they make business owners take out a surety bond from a surety producer, who in turn guarantees any outstanding fines, usually in the form of a temporary loan to you. Pro Surety Bond has over 25 years of combined industry experience, and we have no intention of stopping at 25, so give us a call even if your credit isn’t what it used to be. We have a program for almost everyone.Call800-314-7003!

Where German Heritage Coexists With Texas Lifestyle
New Braunfels is a city in Comal and Guadalupe counties, and is the 52nd most populous city in Texas. New Braunfels has one of the most extraordinary histories of a town in the United States. It got its name from Prince Karl of Solms-Braunfels, a real German prince who personally spearheaded a push to settle Germans in Texas to create a German state. Karl was a prince mostly in name, just about as low as you can get on the nobility totem pole: he was a young son of a young son whose father himself was a minor prince; and on top of that, the young prince was born landless thanks to the elimination of many smaller German states after the Napoleonic victory. Prince Karl was however handsome, dashing, adventurous, educated and always ready for a new enterprise.
During his time in the cavalry, Prince Karl discovered the Adelsverein, an organization created to realize the utopian dream of 21 German noblemen of creating a German state in Texas, if you can imagine that. The prince was smitten with the idea and took up the cause personally, becoming the prime motivator to start the first colony, which he hoped would become the magnet for a mass emigration from his homeland. A German count bought a plantation of about 4500 acres and staffed it with a couple dozen slaves in preparation for the first members of the Adelsverein, who would be the beachhead for the establishment of the colony. Prince Karl didn’t care for the slave component of the operation, and ordered the other members to divest, so they sold it to another Gernman who was not a member of the Adelsverein, but who had settled Shelby several years before. The first immigrants arrived in 1844, and the Prince named the city after his homeland. Call the New Braunfels Surety Bond Pros Today at800-314-7003!
My bonding has been cut for my construction company. What can I do to get it back? Firstly don’t blame yourself necessarily. The bond market is like any other market, it has its ups and downs, and some people who were on the edge of bond-ability find themselves pushed a little over into the red area. If you happen to be one of these edge cases, there are usually a few things you can do to improve your situation.
Unrivaled Customer Service for Your New Braunfels Surety Bond
Surety bond underwriting starts with your credit score. If your score has taken a hit recently, see if you can bring it up a few points to push you into the green. Have you lost any business assets recently? If you have been taking on too many jobs, your cash reserves may be depleted, and this can affect your ability to be bonded, so you could refrain from taking on any more jobs until you replenish your reserves. Finally, you might start looking for a new bond producer. If you’ve been getting your bonds from your friendly insurance guy, he might not be the best person. The surety bond market is fairly specialized in general, and it’s extremely specialized in the construction business. Having a guy who knows the ropes and can coach you through the application process can go a long way.Give us a call at800-314-7003
