Call Us For The Latest Information On Royal Palm Beach Surety Bonds
Call800-314-7003!What are surety bonds for? Surety bonds protect one party from another party if it defaults on a commitment it has made to the first party. For instance, if you need a business license, you need to commit yourself to upholding the regulations of your industry, and if you default, the government can levy fines. However, the government needs one extra measure of protection: a guarantee that you can pay the fines, and that’s why they require that you take out a surety bond. The surety bond is like a deposit that the guarantees any valid claim made against it. The surety promises to make sure that if it comes to that, the surety will make sure that the business gets a short term loan to cover the claim. Pro Surety Bond has over 25 years of combined industry experience, and as they say, practice makes perfect. Call us even if you think your credit precludes you from affordable bonding. We think there might be something for you.Call800-314-7003!

Royal Palm Beach is a village in Palm Beach County and it is the 73rd most populous city in the State of Florida. Royal Palm Beach was started by Philadelphia supermarket magnets Sam and Hattie Friedland, who purchased 65,000 acres on the site where the city would be built, with about 4,500 of those acres earmarked for development. The Friedlands subsequently sold it to another developer, Arthur Desser, who was the one who try to spark the real development. He undertook a massive draining project and began the first building projects.
Desser wanted Palm Beach in the new community’s name, and since there are royal palms to be found all over the city, Royal Palm Beach became the name. In 1959, in a ceremony that included of all things some representatives of the Seminole tribe, ground was broken. Alas, Mr Desser went bankrupt in 1961, and the project was taken up by no less than the original owners, the Friedlands, who despite having no experience in real estate development, put together a team to see their way to getting something up and running. Today Royal Palm Beach is known for its wide variety of outdoor activities and its mission to protect green space. Call the Royal Palm Beach Surety Bond Pros Today at800-314-7003!

As mentioned above, The Village is committed to green space, and for that reason it has created a quota of 10 acres of such space for every 1000 residents. These public spaces are not just undeveloped land, but are functional, maintained at a high standard in order to fulfill the present and future needs of its citizens. It should therefore come as no surprise that Royal Palm Beach has been named Tree City USA by the National Arbor Day Foundation since 1990. The entire area within the Village limits is designated as a bird sanctuary.Give us a call at800-314-7003
